Description
The 9.7” Silver Apple iPad features a 9.7″ Retina Display and 2048 x 1536 native resolution, which results in 264 ppi over 3.1 million pixels. The display also has multi-touch support. It has an A10 Fusion chip, which is powerful enough to run augmented reality (AR) apps. The faster performance allows you to multitask with ease, using iOS 11 features.
It has a front 1.2MP FaceTime HD camera and a rear 8MP camera which can record 1080p video. For wireless connectivity it has 802.11 ac Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 5.0 is also built-in for pairing with other Bluetooth-enabled devices.
9.7″ Retina Display
It has 9.7″ LED-backlit touchscreen with 2048 x 1536 native resolution renders text and images at 264 pixels per inch and a total of over 3.1 million pixels. The display also features an oleophobic coating, which helps reduce the amount of fingerprint smudges.
A10 Fusion Chip
It features an A10 Fusion chip, which has 64-bit architecture, four cores, and over 3.3 billion transistors. The A10 Fusion chip allows you to edit a 4K video, play graphics-intensive games.
Rear Camera
It has 8MP f/2.4 rear camera which captures images at a native resolution of 3264 x 2448 and 1080p HD video. The camera also features time-lapse video, exposure control, 120 fps slo-mo, a burst mode, a timer mode, and a high-resolution panorama mode.
Front Camera
Its 1.2-megapixel front-facing FaceTime HD camera can record 720p video and has an f/2.2 aperture that lets in more light. Its sensor and pixels help improve performance in low-light conditions, while dual microphones employ noise-reduction technology to help suppress background noise.
Touch ID
Its Touch ID lets you unlock your iPad instantly and secure private data in apps. You can also use it to make purchases with Apple Pay in apps and websites.
iOS 11
The iOS 11 features the Files app, which allows you to easily browse, search, and organize all your files. The Dock is also now available on any screen, just swipe up. You can open a second app right from the Dock, and both apps remain active in Slide Over as well as Split View. You can drag the second app in Slide Over to the left.
